At Takeda, I work as a Data & Insights Business Partner and contribute to a Short-Term Assignment focused on AI-driven workflows and intelligent automation. My work combines Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Python and corporate LLM connectors to redesign operational processes.
Recent work includes AI-assisted customer service email triage, RAG workflows for internal process knowledge, forecasting models, Power BI dashboard ecosystems and automated HCP contract generation.
